Dallas, Texas…The non-profit New Friends New Life (NFNL) will ring in the holidays with their Annual Holiday Home Tour. Four of Dallas’ most prestigious homes will be available for tours by VIP transportation or at your own pace–a leisurely and fun Sunday afternoon for a good cause. This year’s home tour includes the Texas Regional Home at 3905 Potomac Avenue, designed by Texas architect, Stephen B. Chambers and three other homes.

New Friends New Life is a faith-based organization located in the Dallas-Fort Worth area that enables women to leave the degradation of the sex industry and to build new lives for themselves and their children. They help women overcome backgrounds of abuse, addiction, poverty, and limited opportunities by providing access to education, job training, interim financial assistance, and spiritual support. New Friends New Life is funded by gifts from generous individuals and churches and has been awarded grants from various foundations, including The Dallas Women’s Foundation, The Dallas Foundation, Hoblitzelle, The Hoglund Foundation, Frank and Emily Smith Foundation, Kappa Kappa Gamma, Chi Omega, and The Sturgis Foundation.

Chambers Architects is committed to community involvement through its support of women’s issues, the arts, and the preservation of the built environment.  It is integral to the mission of our firm to be active corporate citizens and a focused contributor to the organizations we support.
